Email support@pondir.com. Include the app version/build, iPhone/iOS version, what you tried and the message you saw. Redact worker names, pay rates and private timecard details from screenshots. Do not send an entire library, backup password or Apple credentials.
Record your first week
- Choose Continue Free and set up your worker and job. An account is not required for Free.
- Tap Add Time. Enter the actual start and end dates/times, breaks and job details, then save.
- Review the week and correct a record by opening its row.
- Open Report, check the PDF preview, then use Share Report to export PDF/CSV files.
The example library contains fictional records and is separate from your own library. Return to My library before entering your real work.
Review a scanned timecard
Scanning uses on-device text recognition. Select a source, crop it to one worker and confirm the workweek. Check source evidence and review every selected row before saving. Crew Pro is required to save imports. Split mixed-worker sheets or crops containing more than fourteen shifts. If a date or time is unclear, correct it or enter it manually.
If camera access is unavailable, check iPhone Settings or choose an existing image/file. Hosted AI is disabled in the current release; local scanning and manual review continue to work independently.
Check a report or estimate
Confirm the selected worker/job and week, shift time zone, paid/unpaid breaks, rates and overtime rules. Reports reflect recorded time and configured gross estimates. They do not verify attendance or perform payroll. If exporting to another tool, review its CSV field mapping. Share only the information the recipient needs.
Restore Crew Pro or manage billing
Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed into the Apple Account that purchased Pro and the originally linked owner account. Do not purchase again to recover access. Monthly and annual options provide the same Crew Pro features. Apple shows the price and period before purchase.
Manage or cancel an Apple subscription, or request a refund from Apple. Existing records stay readable, correctable and exportable after Pro expires. New Free entries are limited to one selected worker and job.
Back up before changing devices
Create a portable backup in Settings and save it somewhere you control before reinstalling or replacing your phone. Keep the password safe; it cannot be reset. Original source images are excluded by default. Confirm whether you need them before exporting.
Restoring a backup replaces the local library after confirmation; it does not merge libraries. Back up the current library first. A record backup does not transfer a Pro purchase or change its linked owner. If the app reports a library-opening error, contact support before uninstalling or erasing anything.
Delete records or an owner account
Settings provides separate controls to remove source images, erase the local workspace and delete the hosted owner account. Account deletion asks you to confirm Sign in with Apple, removes that authorization and confirms completion. If Apple cannot be reached, retry when connected. Review each confirmation and save a backup first. Deleting an account does not cancel Apple billing, and deleting local records does not remove reports you shared elsewhere.
