Recorded time needs your review
The app organizes time you record or confirm, allocates paid minutes to jobs and prepares reports using your selected rates, currency, time zone and calculation rules. Pay amounts are estimates. The app does not verify attendance, process payroll, pay workers or certify legal compliance. You are responsible for accurate entries, permission to use the records, appropriate rules and checking reports before using them for payroll.
OCR proposals remain drafts until reviewed. Check every selected row, date, time, break and assignment before saving. Use manual entry when a source is unclear. CSV files require review and mapping in your own workflow; no payroll integration is certified.
Free and Crew Pro
Free includes new manual entries for one designated worker and one job, complete individual weekly PDF/CSV reports and portable backups. Crew Pro supports up to five active worker profiles including the owner, twenty active jobs, reusable draft templates, reviewed local timecard imports, crew/job reports and saved comparisons. Worker profiles are local records and do not include employee login seats or automatic cloud collaboration.
Existing recorded data remains readable, correctable and exportable after Pro expires. Free remains available for new manual entries within its limits. Hosted AI assistance is unavailable in the current release and is not required for local tools.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Crew Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewable Apple subscriptions. Apple displays your localized price and billing period before purchase and charges your Apple Account. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically. You can manage or cancel through Apple Account subscriptions. No free trial is promised.
One owner links with Sign in with Apple before purchase. Restore using the purchasing Apple Account and originally linked owner. A subscription cannot be reassigned to another linked owner. Contact support for recovery before buying again. Apple handles refund requests under its applicable policies. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
Protect your records
Keep a portable backup before reinstalling, replacing a device, restoring a backup or erasing a workspace. A forgotten backup password cannot be recovered. Protect shared reports and backups; copies outside the app are controlled by their recipient or storage provider. Corrections create later report revisions rather than changing previously exported bytes.
Availability, privacy and help
Apple sign-in, purchase/restore and hosted services require an appropriate connection and may be unavailable during outages. Local manual work remains available. Feature changes will be reflected in the app and its listing. The privacy policy explains local records and owner-service information.
